Scott Shrader is a native of Blackford County Indiana living on the same family farm he grew up on with his wife Holly and their three boys. He was raised on a diversified livestock and grain operation and helped with all aspects of that operation. Since graduating from IWU Scott has been involved in agri-business for the last 15 years. He has run a successful club lamb operation and continues to market a small amount of commercial sheep. Scott serves as a volunteer for the Blackford County 4-H fair sitting on their auction committee. He is a real estate associate with Halderman-Harmeyer Real Estate Services and an associate of Harmeyer Auction and Appraisal Co. assisting Halderman Reps with personal property, equipment appraisals, and auctions. He is a 1999 graduate of the Missouri Auction School, a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a BS in Marketing and Business Administration. Scott has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2007 in Indiana along with holding auctioneers’ licenses in both Indiana and Ohio. scotts@halderman.com Rick Johnloz joined Halderman Farm Management and Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1983. Rick has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. He grew up on a family farm and currently resides in Wells County, Indiana. Rick manages farms and sells real estate in East Central and Northeast, Indiana. He is involved in several community activities, such as coaching youth sports and church organizations. He is a member of the Indiana Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. rickj@halderman.com
