Pat Tomlinson offers Real Estate Sales in Central IL and West Central IN and holds an IL Real Estate Brokers License and an IN Real Estate Brokers License. Pat grew up on a central Illinois grain and livestock farm in Macon County and was active in 4-H and livestock shows. Pat attended the University of Illinois College of Agriculture, earning a degree in Agricultural Economics with a concentration in Farm Management and Ag Marketing. He spent 37 years in the seed business with Pioneer, working with both seed and crop protection products, with the most recent portion working with Professional Farm Managers East of the Mississippi. After leaving Pioneer, Pat worked as a District Sales Manager for IL with Ag Spectrum for 7 years, an innovative fertility company that works through farmer-dealers. He continues to work with Ag Spectrum as a sales consultant. He acquired his IL Real Estate Brokers license in 2017 and was involved in Farmland Real Estate Sales from 2017 – 2025 with Land Pro LLC.
