About Nathan - A licensed real estate broker since 2013, Nathan brings his intense knowledge of all things land to the role of Designated Managing Broker for AcrePro in Illinois. He was born and raised in north central Illinois. He has built a very large network of relationships in the agricultural and recreational property community and has facilitated a broad scope of real estate transactions, from small hobby farms to large row crop operations. Nathan's experience and understanding of agriculture and recreational properties gives his clients a competitive advantage when buying or selling rural real estate. He enjoys waterfowl hunting in the historic Illinois Valley river bottoms and loves coaching his sons’ athletic teams. Nathan, his wife Christie, and their three sons live in Princeton, Illinois. nathan.cumpton@acrepro.com About Jim Jim attended the University of Illinois and Illinois State University, where he completed his bachelor’s degree and graduate work. He has assisted clients in a wide range of real estate needs from large agriculture to quaint recreational properties. Born and raised in central Illinois, Jim grew up around his family farm operations in Champaign and Tazewell Counties. He has been an avid hunter and fisherman his whole life and has been fortunate to chase trophy whitetail all over the Midwest. Over the past 20 years, Jim’s hunting and habitat experiences have centered around central Illinois, where he still lives today with his wife Laura, and their son and daughter. He spends much of his time on his family farms in the McLean and Fulton County areas, providing him with a vast knowledge base to assist clients throughout the land buying and selling processes.
