Pulaski, IL In Sections 21 and 20 of Mt Pulaski Township HORN BROTHERS PARTNERSHIP, OWNERS AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS Buyer(s) to enter into a written agreement on the day of the Auction requiring 10% down payment with the balance due at closing. Closing will be on or before June 2, 2022. Immediate possession of these farms will be given to allow spring planting. The tenancy is open for the 2022 crop year. The final sale price will be determined by multiplying the highest successful bid as follows: Tract One 115 acres (Tax ID# 06-071-005-00, $4,953.24 tax paid in 2021) and Tract Two 40 acres (06-070-008-00 $1,978.78 tax paid in 2021). These tracts will not be combined into a third tract. The Seller will pay the 2021 Real Estate Taxes due in 2012, by allowing the Buyer a credit at closing.
