TERMS: This tract will be offered on a basis of 87.47 acres. The successful bidder will enter into a written agreement on the day of the auction requiring a 10% down payment with the balance of the sale price due at closing. The sale of this property is not subject to the ability of the new buyer to obtain financing. A title commitment policy will be issued for the exact amount of the sale price.
