After 18 years as a farm manager for local banks, Worrell Land Services founder, Allan Worrell, exercised his entrepreneurial spirit and started the company in the spare bedroom of his home when his son, and now business partner, Luke Worrell was only 12 years old. Allan had a vision for bringing additional accessibility and responsiveness to the local ag investment community. As the company has diversified into rural real estate, auction and appraisal services over the years, the same commitment to operating differently – with the utmost integrity and respect for its clients – remains.
