I really enjoy working with my clients to make improvements on their farms. Some of these include major drainage/pattern tiling, fertility, and overall appearance improvements that not only make the farm more profitable but also more valuable long term.

List, market, and sell agricultural real estate in Indiana and Illinois.
I constantly keep abreast of all recent real estate activity on the open market as well as attend numerous auctions and research the competition to reassure and validate current farm land values.
