PIN: 23-23-07-300-001 & 002. TERMS OF AUCTION: Property will be sold as one tract. A $50,000.00 down payment in the form of certified check or personal check shall be tendered by the successful bidder immediately after the auction sale, at which time the successful bidder shall enter into a written purchase contract.
