About

In 1946, my father, Clarence N. Annen began selling used farm equipment from a small yard on the Northeast side of Madison, WI near the Truax field airport. With his clientele and inventory growing, he soon moved to Windsor, WI where he started Annen’s Machinery Ranch. I worked for my father throughout high school. I started my first business venture, Equipment Exchange, after purchasing a one-ton-truck during my senior year of high school. I continued to work beside my father until his semi-retirement, when I later incorporated Annen’s Machinery Ranch. In the late 1990’s, I moved the dealership to U.S. Highway 51, one mile North of I-39, 90/94 Exit #132. In early 2011, I took an opportunity to move Annen’s Machinery Ranch, Inc. eight miles further North on Highway 51. I am now located ¼ mile South of Junction State HWY 22 & 60 on US Highway 51, next to Johnsons’ Sales, a full service Case IH, Chevrolet and Yamaha dealer.
